1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services and consultations offered and booked via the website or by other means by Wien Relocation Services.
2. Appointment Booking
Appointments can only be booked via the online booking system or by individual arrangement. A booking is only binding once payment has been successfully received.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€). Payment is due at the time of booking using the payment methods offered on the website.
4. Cancellation and Refund
The provisions of our separate cancellation and refund policy shall apply, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
5. Consulting Services
Wien Relocation Services assists clients with relocation, official authority, and administrative matters. We do not provide guarantees for the decisions of Austrian authorities or the processing times of state bodies.
6. Liability
Wien Relocation Services shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of duty, liability shall be limited – as far as legally permissible – to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Liability for personal injury and pursuant to mandatory statutory provisions shall remain unaffected.
7. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy statement and applicable data protection regulations.
8. Final Provisions
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be replaced by such legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.
Consumers are subject to the statutory jurisdictions. If the customer is a business, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, insofar as permitted by law..
