Cancellation of appointment
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time.
2. Cancellations within 48 hours
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the payment already made will not be refunded.
3. Non-attendance
If the customer does not show up for the agreed appointment without prior cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds are granted exclusively in the event of timely cancellation in accordance with this policy. If a refund is issued, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method used.
5. Postponement of appointment
Rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, Vienna Relocation Services will decide based on availability.
6. Exceptions
In justified exceptional cases (e.g. illness or unforeseen emergencies), Wien Relocation Services may offer a rebooking or refund at its own discretion. There is no legal entitlement to this.
